Full Time: on-campus, 6 months. Traineeship: employer-based, 12-24 months (depending on agreement with employer)
On-campus/blended:- Start 5 February 2025, three days per week (Mondays to Wednesdays), 9am-4pm. With additional restaurant service periods and events available for students to obtain practical experience. *Please note there is approximately 8 hours per week required in addition to face-to-face requirements to complete online learning and assessments.*Traineeship: Individual training plans will be developed in consultation with your employer, as part of your traineeship.
