Wodonga TAFE's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) - Innovate
A Message from Phil Paterson CEO Wodonga TAFE and Allison Jenvey OAM Board Chair
It’s with great pride that we, on behalf of the Board and the Wodonga TAFE community, present our second instalment of our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP): Innovate.
Wodonga TAFE is proud of its history and achievements in working with our community, businesses, industry, and government, to deliver a high-quality education and training experiences to build success through learning.
Our accomplishments in delivering opportunities to our students inspire the futures of our community leaders. Through the Reflect stage of the RAP, we have built on our relationships with First Nations stakeholders and organisations through increasing our supplier diversity to support economic and social outcomes. We continued to explore opportunities to improve programs and services for First Nations peoples and will continue on our RAP journey through the implementation of Innovate.
We acknowledge there is still more we can do. By launching our RAP: Innovate, we are committed to our reconciliation journey and to provide contemporary and innovative opportunities and outcomes for our community.
We encourage all members of Wodonga TAFE’s community to actively engage with the initiatives and activities in our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan, as we work together to improve engagement, respect for, and collaboration with, First Nations peoples.
