QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma of Interior Design

This dynamic course allows you to utilise the latest industry technology to produce design solutions for your clients in more complex environments. This qualification enables you to develop skills that cover the development of complete decorative schemes for the effective use of residential and commercial or institutional interior spaces. You will work with real-life client briefs and engage directly with industry to devise and develop your concepts into fully resolved solutions for your client.

SCHEDULE

On-campus/blended: Start 6 February 2025, one day per week (Thursdays), on campus.

Certificate IV in Interior Decoration

This qualification focuses on the essential skills you need to be successful in this exciting growth industry. This course is a perfect blend of creativity, theoretical elements, technical knowledge and practical skills required within the interior design industry. You will work with real-life client briefs and engage directly with industry to develop your concepts into fully resolved solutions for your client. Successful completion of this course offers you a pathway and one year’s credit into the Diploma of Interior Design.

Time: 9am - 4pm

Stage 1 – Interior Decoration Fundamentals
Days: 1 day per week (Tuesday) for 22 weeks.
Dates: Tuesday 11 February, 2025
Time: 5pm - 8pm

Stage 2 – Interior Design Technologies
Days: 1 day per week (Thursday) for 17 weeks.
Dates: Thursday 24 July, 2025
Time: 5pm - 8pm

Stage 3 – Interior Design Studio (Full course completion)
Days: 1 day per week (Tuesday) for 22 weeks.
Dates: Tuesday 2 February, 2026
Time: 5pm - 8pm
