New Workplace Agreement Strengthens Victoria’s TAFE Sector

Wodonga TAFE is pleased to announce that an in-principle agreement has been reached with the Australian Education Union (AEU) on a new enterprise bargaining agreement for teachers and teaching staff in Victoria’s TAFE system. 

This agreement underscores the vital role that TAFE educators play in addressing Victoria’s skills shortage and supporting students’ success across the state. With 9 in 10 jobs now requiring a post-school qualification and 80% of future roles attainable with a TAFE education, this agreement ensures a positive future for our sector and its stakeholders.
