Are you inspired by our health care heroes?
Shout out to all the health care workers who work tirelessly as part of a team to look after others! To the highly trained health care professionals and health support workers across our region, working to keep our communities safe. To the health care heroes who work hard on the front line to save lives and protect others.
Our health care heroes are everywhere, and we thank them for stepping up when needed – for their continuous shifts of around-the-clock care for our most vulnerable people.
There’s always going to be a need for qualified health care workers. Essential care workers are always in high demand and there’s always health care roles to fill. You can train to be a health care hero too. Take the opportunity to get qualified to join a health care team – start training hands-on for your own career in health.
We’re very fortunate to have our own team of health care heroes working for Wodonga TAFE – highly experienced in working as health professionals in their chosen field - and now teaching from their experience and knowledge to build the next generation of health care professionals.

Apply now for Certificate III in Health Services Assistance. You’ll learn more about working in health care and gain knowledge and skills that can lead you to a career start in health services assistance. You’ll become qualified for support roles throughout the health care industry, for work where you’ll be providing support to frontline health care professionals and the patients in their care.
