ICT Helpdesk and Support
Located at Wodonga TAFE's McKoy Street campus, in Upper Building A, the ICT Helpdesk team provides computer and software support to Wodonga TAFE students. If you are off campus you can contact Helpdesk during the business opening hours for assistance.
Our skilled ICT staff are always happy to help. There may be busy times when you will have to wait a short while but our friendly team will always do our best to assist you as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
Remember - if you need help with assignments, essays or basic IT, or are just after some study tips, assistance is available in the David Mann Library. The Academic skills and Digital skills teams are now located in the Library. Ask the library staff to direct you.
If there is something wrong with the TAFE computer you are working on please let our ICT Helpdesk staff know so they can submit a job request and have a technician look at it as soon as possible.

Computers and WiFi are also available in the David Mann Library on the La Trobe University campus, including after hours and weekends.
