Printing and Photocopying

You can print to any printer at Wodonga TAFE by sending your print job to a single print queue and using your SecurePrint access card on the nearest printer.

Follow the guides below to prepare your computer and register your SecurePrint access card.

As an enrolled student with Wodonga TAFE, you have $20 of printing credits available to you, issued once a year upon confirmation of enrolment. These printing credits are used each time you send a print job to one of the network printers across the campus.

You should review and edit your work first on screen wherever possible to reduce the amount you print. Your printing will be monitored via the network and when your allocation runs out, you will no longer be able to print.

There are no refunds given for unused print credits. You may be required, as part of your studies, to access large reference manuals on the internet. We strongly recommend that you keep these on storage devices if necessary. If you need any assistance with printing, please ask at the Help Desk.
