A Skills and Job Centre can assist with:
- Enhancing workforce skills through training advice, upskilling, and reskilling support.
- Providing workforce planning and transition support, including advising workers on career and training options to address evolving workforce needs.
- Outplacement Services for redundant, retrenched or transitioning workers.
- Recruitment Support – working with your unsuccessful applicants, connecting you with suitable job seekers, helping advertise jobs to the local community.
- Guiding you through incentivised government initiatives.
- Advice on employing an apprentice or trainee.
- Knowledge of employment trends and local job market information.
