This qualification will provide you with core business, leadership, and management knowledge and skills to help you move successfully into managing others, or further your existing knowledge and experience. DURATION

Part-time: 15 months (1 evening per week on campus). Traineeship: 36 months.

SCHEDULE

Blended (on-campus and online): February 2025, classes on Wednesday evenings 5:30pm - 8:30pm on campus, in addition to online learning (approximately 8 hours per week in addition to face-to-face requirements).

Traineeship: Individual training plans will be developed in consultation with your employer, as part of your traineeship.

Certificate IV in Leadership and Management

This qualification is ideal for you if your work role requires you to operate in the first line of management, and is suited to a wide range of organisational and industry contexts. Whether you are currently working in a leadership position or are an aspiring leader - this nationally recognised qualification will help you gain additional skills and knowledge to further your career.
