Transport Women Australia Limited and Wodonga TAFE accelerating the careers of our future leaders.

This program builds upon the success employers have had with our Women Driving Transport Careers program, focusing on supporting women, and encouraging workplaces to diversify their driving operations personnel.

The Dream Accelerator program focuses on developing emerging and current leaders to achieve their aspirations in management and leadership. The program is tailored specifically to the transport industry, and has been successfully customised and deployed by Wodonga TAFE throughout many other industries, including health, social and community work, travel, food processing, and manufacturing.

Participants will develop leadership skills, alongside soft skills needed to lead successful teams, such as resilience, confidence, conflict management, and more.
