Wodonga TAFE undertakes a variety of projects across infrastructure development, campus upgrades, construction, and more! These projects are undertaken to improve the service we provide our students, staff, and industry and community partners.

Advanced Manufacturing

Within the scope of Advanced Manufacturing at Wodonga TAFE we have three new facilities, each designed to complement and prgress from the one before; MakerSpace, Experiential Advanced Manufacturing Labs, and Industrial Advanced Manufacturing Centre of Excellence.

The establishment of a Tech School at Wodonga TAFE, located in north east Victoria, would be a significant contributor to realising the Victorian Government’s vision for future skills, innovation, and a clean and circular economy.

FoodShare Precinct

(Advocacy)

FoodShare Precinct is a partnership of local community organisations, led by Albury Wodonga Regional FoodShare, which will deliver a suite of co-located services and integrated educational programs based around the sourcing, preparation, and distribution of emergency food to north east Victorian communities.

Education First Youth Foyer

Wodonga TAFE will be home to a multi-million-dollar centre providing secure supported housing, access to education, training and job-skilling for young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Trades Training Centre

We are very proud of our newest facility, the Trades Training Centre! An impressive multi-level building located on our McKoy Street campus (accessible via Moorefield Park Drive), the Trades Training Centre incorporates modern classrooms and hands-on practical workspaces. It caters for multiple trades with mobile equipment available for quality learning practices.

Bridging our campus

The bridge connecting the two sections of Wodonga TAFE's McKoy Street campus has been completely rebuilt and redesigned. This bridge connects our Agriculture & Horticulture department, student accommodation, The David Mann Library, La Trobe University and Kids on Campus Early Learning Centre, to the main campus. This beautiful and accessible walkway is inspired by our environment and mission to build success through learning.

The Hangar

Wodonga TAFE identified an opportunity to activate increased use of its existing events and learning space known as ‘The Hangar’. This will be achieved by undertaking this project to upgrade and invest in identified technology and infrastructure that will improve the working and learning environment for both its students and staff alike and continue to build a greater connection with the broader community.

Amenities Refurbishment
