Business, Communications and Service Industries

Business, Communications and Service Industries (BCSI) delivers a range of courses across a wide selection of industries including business administration and management, hospitality, tourism and events, information technology, broadcasting, digital media, photography, retail, and commercial cookery.

Many of BCSI's courses are available via flexible delivery or can be delivered as a traineeship or an apprenticeship. The department also offers a variety of short courses across most industries for quick skill development or personal interest.
